How the model works

A performance guarantee is only as honest as the fit behind it.

Any agency can promise results. Very few will turn down business to protect the promise. We believe in what we do — and because we do, we're careful about who we take on. The 5X guarantee exists because the fit is checked before the engagement starts.

  1. You apply. We pre-qualify.

    We look at your site, your margins, your product feed, your existing tracking, and your market. If the fundamentals can credibly clear 5X, we take you on. If they can't, we tell you directly — often with a clear picture of what would need to change. We believe in what we do, so we're careful about where we point it.

  2. Below 5X ROAS, you pay $0.

    No setup fees. No monthly retainer. No percentage of ad spend. We rebuild your tracking, configure GA4, build the campaigns, and run them daily — all at our cost. If your total ad-attributable ROAS doesn't clear 5X in a given month, we invoice nothing for that month.

  3. Above 5X, our fee scales 1:1 with ROAS — capped at 16%.

    Revenue share only activates once total ad-attributable ROAS crosses 5X, verified in your own GA4. At 5X ROAS we earn 5% of attributable revenue; at 10X we earn 10%; at 16X+ we earn 16% — that's the cap, regardless of how high performance goes. Total marketing cost (ad spend + our fee) is engineered to stay at roughly 20% of the revenue it generates.

What happens if you don't hit 5X ROAS?

You pay us $0. That's the guarantee. If your total ad-attributable ROAS doesn't clear 5X in a given month, we don't invoice you anything. We absorb the risk because we're confident in our methodology — and because we only take on accounts where we believe the floor is credibly reachable.

What's the minimum ad spend required?

We can start with a monthly Google Ads budget as low as $500. We actually prefer starting smaller and growing your budget only as we demonstrate returns. Any unused budget rolls into the following month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can stop at any time. We earn continued business by producing attributable revenue, not by locking you into a contract.

How do you track which sales come from ads?

Through precise conversion tracking configured in your own Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads accounts — most accounts need a rebuild of the tracking layer before the numbers mean anything. Only directly attributable online purchases count toward the ROAS floor. View-throughs and in-store visits driven by ads are never counted toward our fee. You keep 24/7 access to every number we use.

Do you manage Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads?

No. We focus exclusively on Google Ads — Search, Shopping, and YouTube. Specialising in one platform is what lets the guarantee work; paid-search intent converts for retailers in a way that paid-social generally doesn't, so pointing your ad budget there is the most credible way to clear 5X.

What's the catch?

No catch — but there is a fit check. We absorb the downside risk, which only works if we're selective about which accounts we take on. Peter personally pre-qualifies every applicant. If the margin, product-market signal, or tracking can't credibly support 5X, we say so directly instead of taking the engagement and underperforming.

How long until I see results?

Most campaigns begin generating trackable revenue in the first 30 days. Month one is usually below target while Google's algorithm learns and we rebuild tracking and campaign structure. Campaigns typically strengthen into the 5X+ range by month two or three. The 5X floor still applies in the meantime — under-target months invoice $0.
